Refund Policy

PDF tools on Billvale are free. This policy covers optional Billvale Premium purchases only (not money your customers pay you on invoices).

Free tools

Creating and downloading PDFs does not require payment. There is nothing to refund for free use.

Premium is a time-limited unlock (Monthly / 3 Months / 6 Months) paid through Razorpay.
If payment succeeded but Premium did not unlock within 24 hours, email us with your payment reference — we will fix access or refund.
If you were charged twice for the same plan by mistake, contact us for a refund of the duplicate charge.
Because Premium is digital access that starts immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once unlock has been delivered and used, except where required by law or for clear technical failure on our side.
