Billvale (https://www.billvale.com) provides free browser-based PDF document tools. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. We do not sell your documents

We do not sell your invoice text, client lists, or PDF contents to data brokers or other third parties for their marketing. Document fields are typed in your browser to create a PDF for you.

2. Information on your device (default)

• Drafts may save in browser local storage so you can continue editing on this device.
• Currency preference and Premium unlock / sync code may store locally.
• Clearing site data removes local saves. No account is required to download PDFs.

3. Optional features that use our servers

• Share link: If you choose WhatsApp/Email share, we may store that PDF temporarily (about 30 days) so your customer can open the link. You control when to create a share.
• Account sync: If you sign in and tap Sync, Premium status, saved clients/products, and recent-doc snapshots can back up to your account (Supabase).
• Feedback: Messages you submit on the feedback form are stored so we can read them.

4. Payments

Premium purchases may be processed by Razorpay. Razorpay handles payment details under their policies. We only receive what is needed to confirm purchase and unlock access. Invoice Pay now links you paste are your own — customer payments go to you, not Billvale.

5. Advertising & analytics

We use Google AdSense and may use Google Analytics. Google and partners may use cookies for ads or traffic measurement. This is separate from selling your invoice contents. Manage ads at Google Ads Settings.

7. Children

Billvale is not directed at children under 13.
