How to use Billvale Premium

No jargon. Here’s exactly what Premium does, how Razorpay payment works, and how the BV1 sync code keeps phone and laptop unlocked together — so you can trust every step.

  1. Step 1

    Pay once on the Premium page

    Open Premium in the menu. Choose Monthly, 3 Months, or 6 Months. Tap Pay with Razorpay (UPI / card). After payment succeeds, this device unlocks automatically — nothing else to install.

  2. Step 2

    What you unlock (in plain words)

    Navy style = a darker professional PDF look. Saved clients = store customer names so you don’t retype them. Recent / Duplicate = reopen or copy your last invoice. No ads = cleaner pages. Sync = same Premium on phone and laptop.

  3. Step 3

    Your sync code (BV1…)

    After unlock, Premium shows a long code starting with BV1…. That code is your device key. Copy it. On another phone or laptop, open Premium → paste the code → Unlock. Same Premium, no need to pay again until it expires.

  4. Step 4

    Optional: sign in for cloud sync

    Open Account → Sign in with email (magic link). Tap Sync now. This backs up Premium status, saved clients, and recent docs to your account so a new device can pull them after you sign in.

  5. Step 5

    Still free forever

    You never need Premium to create or download PDFs. Premium only speeds up repeat work. If you’re unsure, stay on free — we’re glad you’re here either way.

Premium FAQ

Do I need Premium to download invoice PDFs?
No. Billvale PDF downloads stay free and unlimited. Premium adds optional extras like no ads, Navy style, saved clients, recent docs, and multi-device sync.
What is the BV1 sync code?
After you unlock Premium, Billvale shows a private code starting with BV1. Paste that code on another phone or laptop under Premium → Unlock to use the same plan without paying again until it expires.
Is Premium the same as collecting payment from my customer?
No. Premium is your Billvale subscription (paid on the Premium page). Collecting money from clients uses Get paid online / Pay now on the invoice form.
How do I pay for Premium?
Open the Premium page, pick a plan, and pay with Razorpay using UPI or card. This device unlocks right after a successful payment.

Trust & safety

  • Payments go through Razorpay (UPI / cards) — not a random form.
  • PDF drafts stay in your browser until you choose to share or sync.
  • Sync codes unlock Premium on your devices only — don’t post them publicly.
