Les outils PDF sur Billvale sont gratuits. Cette police couvre uniquement les achats optionnels Billvale Premium (et non l'argent que vos clients vous paient sur les factures).
Les outils gratuits
La création et le téléchargement de PDF ne nécessitent pas de paiement. Il n'y a rien à rembourser pour une utilisation gratuite.
Mes achats premium
- Premium is a time-limited unlock (Monthly / 3 Months / 6 Months) paid through Razorpay.
- If payment succeeded but Premium did not unlock within 24 hours, email us with your payment reference — we will fix access or refund.
- If you were charged twice for the same plan by mistake, contact us for a refund of the duplicate charge.
- Because Premium is digital access that starts immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once unlock has been delivered and used, except where required by law or for clear technical failure on our side.
