How to make a commercial invoice PDF
Commercial invoices support shipping and customs — not just collecting payment. Include origin, destination, and goods value clearly.
Steps to create a commercial invoice
- Fill exporter and consignee names and addresses.
- Set origin and destination countries, shipping method, and Incoterms (e.g. FOB, CIF).
- List goods with description, optional HS code, quantity, and unit value. Add packages and weights if you have them.
- Download the commercial invoice PDF for your carrier or customs paperwork.
