Choose the right Billvale tool

Steps on Billvale (free path)

1. Open Rent receipt and set currency to INR.
2. Enter tenant name (you), landlord name, property address, and city.
3. Set Start month (e.g. April 2025) and Months to 12 for full financial year.
4. Enter monthly rent amount and payment mode (UPI / bank transfer).
5. Click Download rent receipt PDF — one page per month, saved to your phone or laptop.
6. Collect UPI/bank screenshots for the same months and submit with HR's declaration form.

Tips so HR accepts faster

• Match names exactly as on your pay slip and rent agreement.
• Use the same rent amount each month unless rent actually changed.
• Add landlord PAN in the tool if your employer requires it.
• Do not submit before paying rent — keep payment proof ready.
